Once you have received your shares and have been registered as a shareholder in the company, you can sell your shares on a secondary market where the company is listed or when the company enters a stock market. You can also sell your shares as part of the acquisition of the company by a third party.

We have the ambition, and through the new EU regulation (2020/1503) also the permission, to develop a secondary market in 2022. This would allow trading in unlisted companies without a stock exchange listing.
